Returns

Due to health, safety, and food handling regulations, bottled water products cannot be returned once they have been opened, consumed, or handled after delivery.

We may accept returns only in the following situations:

  • Product arrived damaged
  • Incorrect product received
  • Shipping error
  • Product quality concerns verified by our team

To request assistance, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

To help us process your request, please provide:

  • Photos of the product and packaging

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Wholesale & Bulk Orders

Wholesale, pallet, half truckload, and full truckload purchases are subject to individual sales agreements and may have separate terms and conditions.

Customers should inspect all shipments upon delivery and report any shortages, damages, or discrepancies immediately.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be eligible for a refund.
